Our Background Shapes our Care

At Modern Health & Wellness, our doctors bring real-world athletic experience to every treatment plan. Dr. Pat, a former New York Giants tryout in the 1980s, and Dr. Spencer, a Division I lacrosse player at Sacred Heart University, both transitioned from high-level collegiate athletics to clinical chiropractic care.

With firsthand understanding of the demands and risks of intense training, they now focus on evidence-based approaches that build strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and — most importantly — prevent injuries. They believe that injury prevention is the foundation of long-term safety and progress.
